Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are writing to inform you that we will be hosting a vaccination clinic for students transitioning from 6th grade into 7th grade who require the meningitis (MCV4) and tetanus (Tdap) vaccinations. Please note that students who have not provided proof of these required vaccinations prior to the start of the school year will not be permitted to pick up their class schedules on August 12th.
